The starting point
GEO Video Agency helps software companies get found in AI search through YouTube videos. Its service needed to reach buyers who could see a reason to invest in that work.
Devon had already tried sending cold emails himself and seen early interest. The constraint was keeping that activity running alongside delivery. Referrals and word of mouth brought business, but they did not give him a repeatable way to start conversations with companies outside his network.
What we worked on
We refined the offer and focused the audience, then built campaigns around relevant buyers. The outreach needed to explain what GEO Video Agency did and why a software company would want to discuss it.
Our team took on the outreach work Devon had been fitting around client delivery. That gave the agency a way to keep starting new conversations without relying on the founder to run each campaign himself.
What changed
Devon reported four signed clients in the video. Two more clients signed after it was posted. The updated campaign results are $54,500 collected and 30+ active opportunities over the reported 90-day period.
The active opportunities are separate from the signed clients and cash collected.

What another agency can take from this
Devon had a service to sell and some evidence that outbound could attract interest. The work was to focus that effort and keep it running alongside delivery.
For an agency in a similar position, the useful questions are specific: which companies are a fit, what would make the service relevant to them, and who will handle the sales conversations once they begin?
Those are the questions we can work through with you. See how we qualify meetings, or read what happens during setup.
